• AI model reconstruction and documentation — architecture, tokenizer, execution context, and reconstructability
• Legal and governance counsel — licensing, access restrictions, provenance, and jurisdictional questions
• Fundraising and institutional development — donor strategy, partnerships, and long-term institutional support
